2. Our Service

TutorLeague is a platform that connects students with tutors. We are not a tutoring agency and do not employ tutors. All tutoring arrangements are made directly between students and tutors.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your profile up to date.

4. Tutor Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about qualifications and experience
• Maintain a valid Working with Children Check where required
• Respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Deliver tutoring services as agreed with students

5. Student Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about learning needs
• Pay tutors as agreed for services rendered
• Treat tutors with respect and professionalism
• Cancel or reschedule lessons with reasonable notice

6. Payments

Payment for tutoring services is arranged directly between students and tutors. TutorLeague does not process payments or take commission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TutorLeague is not liable for the quality of tutoring services, disputes between users, or any loss arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
